Q. How do I place an order?

All Ani Ani bikinis are Mix & Match bikinis, which means that you can buy the bikini tops and bikini bottoms separately.

- To place a product in your shopping basket, select the size and quantity and then click on ‘ADD TO CART'.
- Click on ‘Continue shopping’ to return to the shop or on ‘Proceed to Checkout’ to pay.
- To complete your order, you can pay as a guest or register as a customer.
- Complete all fields. If you are registered with us, log in using your e-mail and password.
- Select the desired payment method.
- Check the box for ‘I accept the General Terms and Conditions’ after reading them.

Q. How much are the shipping costs?

All orders placed within the Netherlands and Belgium (minimum purchase value > €75) are delivered free of charge using the standard parcel service at PostNL. A shipping fee of €3,95 is charged for deliveries in the Netherlands and to Belgium for purchases below €75.

A shipping fee of 10,- euros is charged for deliveries elsewhere in Europe.

Ani Ani ships to the following European countries: Austria, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark (excluding Greenland and Faroe Islands), Germany, Estonia, Finland, France (excluding Andorra, including Monaco and Corsica), Greece, Great Britain (excluding Gibraltor, Channel Islands), Hungary, Ireland, Italy (excluding San Marino), Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal (excluding Azores and Madeira), Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

We charge 20,- euros in shipping costs for other international destinations (not included in the above list of European countries).

Q. Can I track my order?

Yes. After the order has been shipped, you can follow the shipment via a track & trace number that you receive from us by e-mail.

Q. Can items be exchanged or returned?

Yes, all items can be returned/exchanged for a different product. Please note that the customer is responsible for the costs and risks of the return shipment, even if exchanging an item.

Ani Ani offers a free exchange service for orders placed in the Netherlands and Belgium. All items purchased through this website can be exchanged once free of charge. This applies only to orders from the Netherlands and Belgium. We will pay the shipping costs for the first exchange shipment.

Orders from countries other than the Netherlands or Belgium are not eligible for our free exchange service. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour or model, you will need to place a new order.

The following conditions apply to return shipments:
- The item must be returned unused, unwashed, undamaged, including all attached labels, in the original packaging.
- If applicable, the hygiene strip must still be present.
- The item must not show signs of wear, such as perfume or smoking or cooking odors.
- Returns must have been received at the company's location within 14 days of receipt. Returns may be refused if this deadline is exceeded.

Q. Is my personal data safe?

The personal information you provide is kept confidential and is not sold or leased to third parties. Ani Ani respects the privacy of users of the website and complies with the Personal data Protection Act (WPB).

All of our online payments are processed by the Payment Service Provider Buckaroo. All credit card information is processed via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, which encrypts your data before sending it to Ani Ani. This protects the information provided from unauthorised use. We also use 3-D Secure, an extra safety step for online credit card payments.

Q. What do I do if I have questions or a complaint?

If you have any questions, comments or a complaint, you can always contact us by e-mail to info@aniani.eu. That is the fastest way to get a response. Remember to include your phone number so we can give you a ring if necessary. We aim to answer all e-mails within 24 hours on workdays.
